What does ChatGPT say when someone asks who to call?
See what the answers say about your business. Google still matters and it is not going anywhere. Customers can also ask AI for recommendations, and the answers may feature other businesses without mentioning yours. Our AI Visibility service tests questions your customers might ask and shows you the answers with the dates recorded. We make the included fixes with access you grant, or give your tech person step-by-step instructions. Both options are included in the price.
You cannot fix what nobody has looked at.
The free AI Visibility Check is a starting snapshot. This $750 complete job includes the detailed assessment and fixes described below.
A digital employee is an automated system that works alongside your people: it handles the part that repeats, and every judgment call stays with a human on your side. It is not a person, and Add A Rep does not place, supply, or recruit people.
- What six AI platforms answer when your customers ask who to call
- Whether your own website lets their automated readers in, or quietly turns them away
- What your business details look like across the public sources those answers get built from
- The fix for what we found, included: we make the changes, or your tech person gets the step-by-step
Your customers are asking AI who to call. Is it giving them your name?
If it isn’t, you’d never know. There’s no missed call to see. So we ask first, the way your customers do, and write down exactly what comes back. Tap a business below to see what we found.
How your business appears in search results and AI answers.
SEO means improving how your website appears in search results. AI visibility looks at whether tools such as ChatGPT mention your business and describe it accurately. You may hear related work called GEO or AEO. We check both search and AI answers, then show you the issues you can address.
What the complete AI Visibility job includes.
The $750 complete job includes dated tests, captures of the platforms' answers and a list of issues to address in priority order. We make the included fixes with access you grant, or give your tech person written instructions. You choose which approach works for you.
One locked set of customer questions, run across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, Claude and the AI answer Google puts above its results. You see who got named, in what order, and what was said about you when you were named at all.
AI answers change with the day, the wording and the platform. That’s why everything we hand you is dated: you see exactly what each AI said, and when.
One payment. We find it and we fix it.
What you’re getting, exactly.
- We fix what we find, and we tell you what that is expected to change. Nobody sells a position in an AI answer, and we do not either. What lining the pieces up produces is described above, dates and all.
- The included fixes address the issues identified in the assessment. A site rebuild, a new website or an ongoing content service would be separate work.
- Anything you would rather keep in your own hands, or that sits with your web host, comes to you as the step-by-step roadmap for your tech person instead. Included the same way, at the same price.
- Larger work beyond the included fixes is quoted after the findings. Keeping your AI Search Manager on afterward is also quoted with your report.
- It covers one business and one website. More than one location is a different conversation and a different quote.
- The report records answers from a specific testing period. AI answers can change afterward.
Every finding is dated, and every fix gets checked.
What the job looks like month to month.
If you want ongoing help, we repeat the agreed checks on a schedule, maintain your business details and report what changed. You decide whether to continue after reviewing the report.
What we do each month if you keep your AI Search Manager on
The first run fixes everything we find that we can see and can reach, and that alone can change how you are described. What it cannot do is hold the ground, because the platforms keep re-reading the web and the answers keep shifting. Keeping your AI Search Manager on is the part that keeps you moving with them instead of falling behind: the same questions re-asked, new drift caught, the next fix made. It is quoted with your report, on purpose. What a month takes depends on what the evidence turns up, and pricing it before we have both seen that would be a guess you end up paying for. Real new repair work is quoted separately either way.
What is AI visibility?
AI visibility is whether AI assistants mention your business when a customer asks them a question, and whether what they say about you is right.
The three things that decide whether AI names you
It is not the same thing as your Google ranking, and one does not carry the other. A business can sit high in ordinary search results and still be left out of the answer an assistant gives, because the assistant is not reading the results page. It is assembling an answer from whatever it can reach and trust.
We've seen it happen. Google's regular results described a business correctly while Google's own AI summary, on the same screen, said that business didn't exist.
Whether the automated readers those platforms use are allowed into your pages, and whether the page they get back actually contains your answer instead of an empty shell.
Whether your pages state the thing plainly (what you do, who for, where, what it costs) in a sentence a machine can lift without interpreting it.
Whether the public sources those answers get built from say the same name, number and description as each other. Where they disagree, the assistant picks one, and it may not pick yours.
What to expect when the pieces line up.
Three things decide whether an assistant reaches for you. The first run lines all three up. Here is what that is expected to produce.
The right name, the right service, the right prices, on every platform that can read your pages, instead of a guess built from a stale copy or a stranger's listing.
Your name, number and description saying the same thing across the public sources those answers are built from, so the platforms stop having to pick one.
Pages a machine can lift a plain sentence from, so when a customer's question fits what you do, the answer has your words to reach for.
Results vary by business, by platform and by how crowded your category is, and every capture is dated so you can watch the movement yourself rather than take our word for it. The first run lines the pieces up. Keeping your AI Search Manager on keeps them lined up as the platforms move.
Who fixes what AI says about a business?
We do. We find what’s wrong, fix it, and hand you the proof, all for one price. Here’s how that stacks up against the other ways owners try to handle it.
Finds what’s wrong, fixes it, and shows you the proof. One price, no monthly contract to start.
You see what AI says about you, the fixes get made, and you can check every one yourself.
Watches what AI says about you and sends you a dashboard every month.
It tells you there’s a problem. Somebody still has to fix it.
Runs a full program for you, month after month.
Usually means a monthly contract before you’ve seen a single finding.
Has the keys to your website.
Can fix what you point at, if you already know what to point at.
About this job.
Find out what they say. The fix is included.
One payment covers the finding and the fixing, done our way or handed to your tech person as a step-by-step, and there is no monthly arrangement to sign first. If you would rather ask a question before you buy anything, the line is answered.
